Lynsay graduated from her Masters in Spatial Planning and Development in September 2016. Following this Lynsay spent 8 months working in local authority planning before joining Paul Butler Associates in May 2017, which has provided her with a good understanding of both sides of planning practice.

Lynsay has supported colleagues working on major developments and high profile schemes, and has direct experience in managing the discharge of conditions for these schemes. Lynsay also manages her own case load of applications, working within a multi-disciplinary team, preparing and submitting applications and managing these through to determination. Lynsay became a fully accredited member of the Royal Town Planning Institute in 2019.
