David Tye has worked for Paul Butler Associates Ltd. since 1993. He is a full member of the Royal Town Planning Institute. He works closely with design teams, including architects and sub-consultants, to ensure that a robust case for development is presented.

During his planning career David has developed good professional working relationships with planning, regeneration and conservation officers across the North West. Having worked on a number of major development projects, David has a clear understanding of the process of securing planning permission for large developments.

He has secured a wide range of planning approvals and expertise extends from identifying potential planning issues/constraints; to the preparation, coordination and submission of a planning application; and, through to managing the application through to determination and where necessary the discharge of conditions.
