Paul Butler Associates Ltd were required to co-ordinate pre-application discussions with the City Council and were responsible for the preparation and submission of a planning application which included a supporting planning statement.  Paul Butler Associates Ltd also engaged with the City Council, statutory consultees and the local community during the planning process.
