Paul Butler Associates Ltd secured listed building consent for the refurbishment of the Grade II* listed Ashton Old Baths on Stamford Street, Ashton-under-Lyne. The Practice also secured a Lawful Development Certificate confirming that the proposed office use would be lawful.

As well as the repair and maintenance of the building, proposed works included the erection of an internal free-standing structure within the former main pool area which will provide office accommodation and act as an incubator space for start-up businesses.
