This scheme will provide 213 dwellings in total, with 163 dwellings provided within the refurbished and converted Elisabeth Mill, and the remainder of the site developed into 50 dwellings, together with community floorspace plus associated access and parking.
Following the grant of the original approval in 2015, the Practice has progressed a number of amendment applications, which has increased the number of dwellings to be delivered. Paul Butler Associates Ltd is currently assisting on the condition discharge process.
