Paul Butler Associates represented Cheadle Masjid (CMA) to obtain planning permission for a new Mosque and Community Centre in Heald Green, Cheadle. As part of the process, PBA co-ordinated and met with local councillors and residents groups at the pre-application stage resulting in positive feedback prior to the submission of the application. PBA then acted as planning agent for the planning application which was supported by a detailed Planning Statement (incorporating a Green Belt Assessment).
