The practice had previously secured consent for the use of a temporary building as a separate dwellinghouse and was subsequently involved in securing planning permission for the extension to this dwellinghouse. The practice prepared a supporting Planning Statement which included an appraisal of the impact of the extensions on the Green Belt.
