Working in partnership with Salix Homes, OMI and the wider project team, PBA guided pre-application discussions with the local authority and and co-ordinated the submission of the planning application. Effective working with the project team was maintained through regular project team meetings and direct correspondence between the project lead and Salix Homes and OMI. PBA were responsible for the submission of the Planning Statement, Open Space Assessment and Planning Obligations Statement. These submissions enabled officers to reverse their pre-application position and secured a planning permission with no planning obligations. PBA presented the application to committee in March 2020, securing planning permission within 13 weeksin March 2020
