Located on the site of the former Briarfield Public House, Blackburn Road.  The construction of the new mosque will allow the trust to relocate to a new, expanded facility.
The planning statement demonstrated that the proposals were compliant with local and national policy, paving the way for the application to be approved at planning committee in September 2021.
