Paul Butler Associates were appointed to progress advertisement consent applications relating to three grade II listed buildings on Portland Street in Manchester City Centre. The proposals included hanging signs and vinyls with feature lighting also proposed. The Practice prepared the Planning and Heritage Statement in support of the application which considered the proposed signage in terms of public amenity, public safety, and assessed the physical and visual impact on the listed buildings.
