Paul Butler Associates were appointed as planning and heritage consultants on this project which involved the extension and alteration of this 1970s office building located in a prominent position adjacent to Manchester Piccadilly Railway Station. The Practice coordinated the submission of the planning application and prepared the supporting Planning and Heritage Statement which assessed impact of the proposals on nearby listed buildings and the Stevenson Square Conservation Area. Following approval the practice have progressed the discharge of conditions and minor amendments to enable the scheme to be delivered.
