Paul Butler Associates were appointed as agent to progress a planning application for a two storeyroof extension to this vacant 1960s office building located in Trafford’s Civic Quarter to provide 14 apartments. The Practice coordinated the preparation and submission of the planning application liaising with the project team and sub-consultants as required. A Planning and Heritage Statement was prepared as part of the application which assessed the development against relevant planning policy and made the case for the scheme. Following approval the Practice progressed applications for the discharge of conditions and minor amendments to facilitate the delivery of the development.
