The Practice provided strategic planning advice from the outset of the project, coordinated pre-application enquiry, and consultation with key stakeholders including the local community, ward councillors, and local businesses, and oversaw the subsequent submission of a major planning application, including the preparation of a Planning and Heritage Statement in support of the application proposals.
