The scheme involves the refurbishment and conversion of the former Church Inn to form four dwellings, and the erection of eight new dwellings within the curtilage of the site, with associated car parking and landscaping.  The scheme will restore an existing landmark building of heritage significance, thereby positively contributing to the site and enhancing the character and appearance of the Northenden Conservation Area.

The development was completed in 2015.
