Paul Butler Associates Ltd acted as planning agent which included coordinating the submission of the application and preparing the Planning Statement, Affordable Housing and Planning Obligations Statement.  The Practice then managed the application through to determination, including presenting at planning committee.  Paul Butler Associates Ltd worked effectively with the Project Team from the outset formulating a planning tracker to advise of the application requirements and responsibility.  The Practice were then responsible for co-ordinating and overseeing the report production by various consultants to ensure that the application was submitted on time.
