The scheme will provide a mix of 2 and 3 bedroom apartments set around a communal garden. In approving the application, Manchester City Council observed that the scale/massing of the development was appropriate for the site’s location, and that the scheme would have a positive impact on the setting of the Grade II listed Apollo Theatre.
In addition to coordinating the application submission, Paul Butler Associates managed the consultation process with the local community and produced a planning statement, which was submitted in support of the scheme.
