Julian has over 15 years experience working in both the public and private sectors. He has experience advising across a range of development projects and sectors including residential, mixed-use, commercial development, strategic land promotion and working in sensitive heritage contexts.

Julian advises on projects at all stages of development, including through the preparation of planning appraisals and feasibility studies, community consultation, preparation and negotiation of complex planning applications and management of the discharge of condition process. He has a proven track record of delivering major mixed-use city centre regeneration schemes, including tall buildings, strategic residential development on greenfield sites and smaller bespoke residential development sites, throughout the North West and Midlands.

Julian is committed to forging long-term partnerships with clients and has worked with clients in both the public and private sector. He is a full member of the Royal Town Planning Institute.
