Paul Butler Associates Ltd secured planning permission for a mixed-use scheme in Manchester’s Northern Quarter. The scheme proposes the construction of a part 3, 5, 7 and 8 and 11 storey building to comprise 38 residential apartments, above ground floor commercial space, with the retention and restoration of the no.2 Union Street façade.
The Practice provided planning advice, prepared the Planning Statement submitted in support of the application, coordinated the submission and managed the application through to a positive determination. Following the grant of the original approval, the Practice has progressed an amendment application and submitted an initial condition discharge application.
