Paul Butler Associates Ltd secured planning permission for a residential-led mixed-use scheme which will provide three towers of 32, 26 and 18 storeys comprising of 399 residential units, 50 retirement living units, a rooftop ancillary restaurant, and 675 square metres of commercial floor space.
The Practice provided planning, heritage and EIA services on the project. A Planning Statement was prepared in support of the scheme which assessed the proposals against national and local planning policy, and a Heritage Assessment was undertaken to appraise the impact of the scheme upon nearby listed buildings and the Castlefied Conservation Area. The Practice also coordinated and produced the Environmental Impact Assessment required to support the proposed development.
