Development comprising 13 2-storey houses, 102 apartments, with associated parking and outdoor resident’s amenity spaces.
Paul Butler Associates Ltd supported the Architect (OMI) and project team by firstly advising on the supporting planning requirements for the application. The Practice prepared a supporting Planning Statement which presented the acceptability of the proposals against local and national planning policy. This was supplemented by a detailed Open Space Assessment which demonstrated that from both a qualitative and quantitative perspective the use of land as open space was surplus to requirements and therefore complied with CS Policy EN10 and Paragraphs 96-97 of the NPPF.
The scheme was approved in 2017.
