Paul Butler Associates Ltd gained full planning permission for an application involving the demolition of the former Green End public house and redevelopment of the site to provide 20 houses with associated car parking, gardens and landscaping.
The Practice acted as planning agent and prepared a Planning Statement as part of the application submission. As well as demonstrating that the scheme would provide high quality housing with an appropriate level of car parking and amenity space, a robust case was also made for the loss of the existing public house and associated bowling green.
Planning permission was secured in November 2015.
