Paul Butler Associates Ltd secured planning permission for the demolition of the existing dwelling on this site and redevelopment with two contemporary family houses. Located in the heart of Didsbury, the scheme successfully integrates with its green surroundings whilst respectfully addressing neighbouring properties.
The Practice acted as planning agent for this scheme, guiding the project through pre-application with the local authority and two public consultation events. Paul Butler Associates Ltd prepared and submitted a Planning Statement in support of the application and represented the client at Planning Committee, speaking in favour of the scheme. The application was approved in July 2016.
